We are hiring for the position of Loan Officer. What we offer: Work with a Fortune 300 company Advantage of your company being a household name (brand recognition) Highest quality refi leads World-class operations team making sure your loans close on time Market and industry leader in LO compensation (true base salary commission) Additional compensation: Commission Benefits: Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Retirement plan Internal growth Professional development assistance In office or remote work Responsibilities: Work standard business hours out of the office Perform sales related activities e.g. calls, take applications Evaluate borrower eligibility and qualify borrowers for loan programs Complete items on Encompass File Checklist and submit loan for review Set and help manage client expectations through funding Step back into loan to assist ops on sales-related issues Requirements: SAFE/State licensed OR currently employed by federally registered bank for 365 consecutive days or more required 2 years of current experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator required 1 years of experience with Encompass LOS preferred 1 years of experience with Velocify CRM preferred History of consistently closing 10 units per month Sales ability Industry and product knowledge Strong work ethic Desire to achieve Willingness to grow Job Type: Full-time Experience: Encompass LOS experience: 1 year (Preferred) Mortgage Loan Originator: 2 years (Preferred) License: Valid SAFE and State license or certification (Required)
